Payment Methods
At Mazal Travel, we offer secure and convenient payment options for your bookings. All payments must be made in full to confirm reservations for accommodation and transportation services related to ISPRM 2025. We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer – Please ensure all bank fees are covered by the client.
- Payment Links – A secure digital payment option (transaction fees, if any, are the client’s responsibility).
Once payment is completed, a confirmation will be sent via email.
Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed and paid. Mazal Travel does not issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows. We highly recommend reviewing all details before finalizing your reservation.
Booking Modifications
- Increase in Nights/Guests: Subject to availability, additional nights or guests can be accommodated with adjusted payment.
- Decrease in Nights/Guests: Once booked, the number of nights cannot be reduced. No partial refunds will be issued for unused services.
Fees & Charges
All transaction fees (bank transfers, payment processing, etc.) are the responsibility of the client. Mazal Travel will not cover any third-party charges.
